What do you value most about working at Goodwill:
The sense of community, both within the organization, and Goodwill’s connection to and devotion to serving the Rochester, Syracuse, and Finger Lakes areas. In the two positions I’ve held here at Goodwill, both in the Contact Center and now the Community Engagement Department, I have felt like an integral part of the team, and felt closer to my community.

Why would you encourage others to consider joining our team:

I have only been working for the organization for a little over a year, and I already have grown so much professionally.
