Jordan Marsh: 211/LIFE LINE Resource Manager
Name and pronouns:
Jordan Marsh (they/them)
Title and time you have been with the organization:
I work with 211/LIFE LINE as the resource manager. Over four years ago, I started working for the agency as an evening and weekend Telecounselor. A year later, I transferred to the Resource Department.
What is your role here at Goodwill of the Finger Lakes?
I lead the 211/LL database curation and community outreach team. I'm in charge of reporting, database/system integrations, and partnership management.
What do you enjoy most about working at Goodwill?
Goodwill gave me an opportunity, and now I get to give back to the individuals I work with, which is why I love my job here. I enjoy trying to develop both my team and myself. One of my favorite results of this role is creating connections between agencies that may not know they may collaborate and between the community and us.
What activities do you enjoy in your free time?/What is a fun fact about yourself?
During my free time, I like to balance low-energy hobbies like watching documentaries, listening to music, or coloring with my daughter and high-energy ones like playing cards with friends or seeing a live performance (live music, plays, or musicals).
